"If the world were merely seductive, that would be easy. If it were merely challenging, that would be no problem. But I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day." — E.B. White

Have you seen this? Idiots.

What ever happened to...
Rant
rant
rant
Okay, insert bad words above.
I'm so beyond disgusted with a govt that will hand out food stamps yet not allow one to grow (or share) their own healthy food!
I'm so glad I don't live in a "community."
But still I've been ranting at all our local billboards.
They say some ridiculous number of children are hungry.
"Malnourished."
Here in one of Maryland's most productive farming counties.
But I can't share my raw goats milk, eggs, produce etc. without fear of litigation.
We're a messed up country.
Regulating the heck out of individuals and small businesses here so they can't compete with other countries whose imports we don't regulate nearly as closely...
It may be old news now but it could be your community next.
Speak up people!

A worthy rant. Of course it's not about food, it's about control. What a sad day in this nation.

WOW! Told you I want to be a professional juror!

Funny thing is just north of Oak Park are 2 communities that embrace "unique" no lawn and food style gardening.

The city is crumbling as well as most surrounding them and THIS is what they are worried about??

I can't believe THIS is going on in my bankrupt state!!

REALLY!!!

Enough to make ME start a blog!

I can skip my coffee this morn as my blood is boiling!!

We are messed up in more ways than one. I cried this week over the fact they will now give people whose homes are being foreclosed on zero percent interest...well where was that when we just wanted a decrease in our interest rate and we wouldn't have lost our home. Then how far is zero percent interest to those having a hard time while someone with great credit is still paying 5 percent or larger...go figure.

It goes from food to where the money is spent...so much money wasted.

You keep ranting...I also read an article on buying American made items to restore jobs. We have now made ourselves so dependent on outside sources.

So much to think about about and consider....thanks for the trumpet blowing.
