Are you snug?
I know that many of my bloggy buds have been hit hard by big snows.
Sadly, we haven't... yet.
Our winter has been c o l d and had frequent flurries but little real snow.
Dear Tammy at Flat Creek Farm has a gorgeous blog and she's outdone herself with this slow motion video set to music of birds at her very snowy feeder!
So far we've only had one snow worthy of real sledding...
And this is how we rednecks do it:
With the old farm truck towing kids through crop fields while Olivia follows!
| Sarah's no dummy - she's in front w/ goggles! |
Go check out Tammy's post for cultured snowy serenity!
And THINK SPRING! ;-P

Oh Leslie, if you only knew.. we are about as un-cultured as they get.. lol! I love your redneck fun as it looks like the kinda fun we have around here. Love the pickup sledding, adorable snowkids and pup following along. Just perfect!! This is what winter should be all about. We are snug here.. snow is melting.. and we're dodging huge icy snow sheets falling off the house and barn. Yikes to that! Stay safe and warm!! Thanks for the shout-out ♥ Glad you enjoyed! Hugs, Tammy
Sun shining here...yesterday was high eighties today in the 50's...weird weather
Thanks for your precious email..your comments on my blog...I am so tired my eyes hurt...I hope to come back to
life soon
ha...too cute! :)
Looks like really fun! Love to try towing like that fierce little one. Adorable. Got my eye on your next posts.
A WHOLE new spin on sledding!!

Ha Ha Ha! This is how my husband did it in college! Us rednecks use our four-wheeler now so the kids can drive it themselves and tow their friends. Sadly, we haven't had the snow accumulation this year either. Where are the great snows I remember as a kid?
But, movin' on...I'm ready for SPRING!
